Hello and welcome to: Middleburg Pilates and Personal Training studio. We are focused on following the teachings of Joseph Pilates. While our pilates training has a contemporary approach, we still respect the foundational program of the classical method of pilates. We are here to provide you a program designed especially for you. All of us have different goals and abilities. We want you to embrace the pilates program that is right for you and serves your needs. I will do everything I can to meet your expectations.
With a variety of offerings which includes barre, pilates, equestrian pilates, balance training, yoga, holistic nutrition as well as flexibility and strength training. We also offer a variety of programs for those just getting into fitness. Our golden year clients don't like to be called seniors and they participate in all of the fitness classes.
